Monitoring and measuring our performance
Our aim is to proactively monitor our Corporate and Social Responsibility policy and ensure every aspect of our performance reflects our CSR objectives. This is undertaken by our CSR Governance structure:
Board of Directors
Meet monthly to review performance and agree priorities for the coming quarter.
Quality Assurance Manager
Champions our priorities and targets throughout the business by completing audits to ensure our progress is monitored and reported to employees, customers and auditors.
Works Council
Part of the role of the Works Council representative is to keep our CSR targets alive in the workplace, including arranging charity events and working within our community.
